Service Description

Perfect for the client that is renovating or building a new construction, Sarah will work with your contractor or architect to create a comfortable yet elegant design for your space. If that portion is already complete and you are at the end and need interior design, this package is for you. Complete renovation oversight includes: -Blueprint edits -Finish selections -Flooring selections -Paint selections -Hardware selections -Tile/stone selections Interior design for your spaces: -Space planning -Furniture selection -Lighting selection -Custom Window treatments -Floor and wall coverings -Artwork and accessories placement *Duration of project depends and therefore will be billed in 10 hour increments or on a price per sf based up on the scope of the project. An initial phone or in person consult will be conducted for approximately one hour to discuss plans, timeline, budget, etc. before starting. This is for long term projects and will be charged hourly but only after 10 hours have been completed. If this is a smaller scaled project, select the A La Carte Design to be billed for each hour.
